Taya07 Terms & Conditions – User Agreement

Your access to and use of the taya07 platform is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use taya07's services.

By registering an account on taya07, you expressly represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are not accessing taya07 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Taya07 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Age Requirement. In accordance with Philippine law and the regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines, all players must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the taya07 platform. Taya07 strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification during the registration process.

Geographic Eligibility. Taya07 is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. Players accessing taya07 from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing taya07 is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Registration Process. To create a taya07 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on taya 07. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Identity Verification (KYC). Taya07 may require you to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by taya07 may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya07 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify taya07 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Account Activity. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. Taya07 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information at all times. Any attempt to provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information to taya07 — including during registration, KYC verification, or bonus claims — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Account Inactivity. Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in taya07's fee schedule, or may be closed at taya07's discretion. Players will be notified prior to any such action.

Accepted Payment Methods. Taya07 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as listed on the taya07 payments page. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on taya07 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal Processing. Taya07 processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Taya07 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Taya07 reserves the right to require this as an anti-money laundering measure.

Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on taya07 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Taya07 does not accept foreign currency deposits directly.

General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by taya07 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published on the taya07 bonus page at the time the promotion is active. These Terms provide the general framework; specific promotion pages govern individual offers.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your taya07 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

One Bonus Per Household. Taya07 limits bonus eligibility to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through the creation of duplicate accounts will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.

Bonus Abuse. Taya07 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, collusion with other players, or use of automated betting software.

• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and are not guaranteed income.
• Taya07 may modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• VIP bonuses are subject to separate VIP program terms available at /vip.

Game Outcomes. All games available on taya07 use either certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or provably fair cryptographic systems. Game outcomes are determined independently of taya07's commercial interests. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on long-term statistical averages.

Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects the outcome of a game round, taya07 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Taya07 shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.

Disconnection Policy. If a player is disconnected from taya07 during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. Taya07 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on taya07 and are displayed within each game interface. Taya07 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taya07 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using taya07 if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Creating more than one account on taya07;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or exploit game mechanics;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using taya07 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities — any such bugs must be reported to taya07 support immediately;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with taya07's software or systems;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward taya07 staff or other players;
• Accessing taya07 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the taya07 platform — including but not limited to the taya07 name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of taya07 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the taya07 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any taya07 content without prior written consent from taya07.

Any unauthorized use of taya07's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

No Guarantee of Winnings. Taya07 makes no representation or warranty that you will win any amount by using the platform. All gambling involves risk, and you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. You acknowledge that you participate in all games at your own risk.

Platform Availability. Taya07 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the taya07 service at any time without notice.

Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya07's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusion of Consequential Damages. In no event shall taya07 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the taya07 platform.

Taya07 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your taya07 account settings.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature, which prevents access to the taya07 platform for a specified period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Taya07's Right to Suspend. Taya07 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your taya07 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your license to use the taya07 platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12 — shall continue to apply.

• Accounts terminated for fraud or prohibited conduct forfeit all balances.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.
• Taya07 may retain account data as required by law after closure.

Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the taya07 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules.

Jurisdiction. For any matters not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against taya07.

Taya07 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the taya07 platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using taya07 and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
